Kuwait-Mubasher: Warba Bank will hold its extraordinary general meeting on Wednesday to consider approval on the amendments to the company’s articles of association and statute, based on the rules set by Warba.
The bank achieved 293% growth in earnings to reach KWD 1.251 million in the nine months of 2015, compared to about KWD 318,000 in 9M-14.
