Dubai – Mubasher: One of Warren Buffett’s real estate brokerages, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, announced that it has signed the first overseas franchise deal to expand in the Middle East, starting with boosting its footprint in Dubai.
The company targets expanding in Milan and Vienna, in addition to Dubai before the end of 2018, Arabian Business reported.
“Eventually we’ll be in all the major metropolitan markets,” the company said.
It is worth noting that Blefari is a CEO of HSF Affiliates, which includes Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and he operates networks of real estate brokerage franchises.
