Dubai – Mubasher: Wasl Asset Management Group launched a new project in Warsan, as part of its strategic preparations for Expo 2020 to provide accommodation for hospitality employees, according to a statement.
The project will comprise of 26 buildings which will provide hospitality staff with 3,866 residential units, spreading over a built-up area of 2.6 million square feet.
With infrastructure works in progress, the project is scheduled for completion in October 2020.
Dubai is preparing itself to receive around 25 million unique visitors.
