Dubai – Mubasher: Wasl Asset Management Group has launched a new hotel project named Hyatt Centric The Palm Dubai.
The project was launched in collaboration with an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, according to a press release on Saturday.
The hotel consists of two 15-floor towers with 217 rooms and 116 serviced apartments, as well as four restaurants, meeting facilities, and beachfront access, the statement showed.
“This is the seventh hotel we have developed with Hyatt but the first from the Hyatt Centric brand, which means that we are offering something completely new in the region with this project,” Hesham Al Qassim, CEO of Wasl Asset Management Group, said.
Wasl’s hotel portfolio currently comprises 5,500 hotel rooms, which are set to be doubled to 11,000 rooms upon the completion of all hotels.
