Dubai – Mubasher: Wasl Asset Management Group sold all the units of the first tower in its project “Park Gate Residences”.
“Park Gate Residences” includes four residential towers which is included in the first phase of Wasl 1.
The second tower will be offered in the market soon, according to the firm’s statement.
“Park Gate Residences” is developed near to Sheikh Zayed street in Dubai and Al Jafiliya metro station to link between the old and new regions of Dubai.
Wasl 1 is considered the largest project of Wasl Group, it is forecasted to be implemented in 2020.
