Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: National Takaful Co. (Watania) said that its board decided in its meeting on 17 December to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dar Al Takaful, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The MoU aims to study the areas of strategic cooperation between both companies.
