Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced that the first stage of subscription period of Wataniya Insurance's capital hike will end on Thursday, 18 August.
The first stage started on Tuesday, 9 August for the registered shareholders at the end of trading on 31 July, according to a bourse filing.
The company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved on 31 July doubling the company’s capital, to SAR 200 million from SAR 100 million. Ten million rights issue shares will be sold at SAR10 per share.
The second stage of the subscription will start on Sunday 21 August and will last for three days till 23 August, Bassam Al-Mubarak, CEO of at Arab National Bank Investment Co., said earlier.
