Riyadh-Mubasher: Wataniya Insurance Co. said its financial advisor is preparing the capital increase document, to submit it to the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
In early December, the insurance firm appointed Arab National Investment Co. as a financial advisor to manage the rights issue
The board had recommended increasing capital through offering rights issue shares worth SAR 100 million.
