Doha – Mubasher: Widam Food said Sunday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will discuss some amendments to the company’s article of association.
The EGM will discuss the article concerning the offering of 18 million shares worth QAR 180 million for subscription, and another amendment related to the membership of the board of directors, according to a bourse statement.
