Doha – Mubasher: Qatar’s Widam Food Company said yesterday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that was due to be held on Wednesday was delayed due to lake of quorum, and set next Monday for alternative meeting.
The meeting was scheduled to discuss some articles in the company’s statute in accordance with companies Law No. 11 of 2015.
