Doha – Mubasher: Widam Food Company announced on Monday that its board of directors will meet on 11 February to discuss and adopt financial results of 2015.
The company, listed in the Qatar Stock Exchange, earlier set 7 February for the alternative extraordinary general meeting to amend some articles in the company’s statute to comply with the Commercial Companies Law 11 of 2015.
