Mubasher: Widam Food Company said Tuesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 15 February to discuss a proposal to distribute cash dividends of QAR 3.5 per share (35% of the capital) for the fiscal year 2016.
The company set 19 February as an alternative date in case lack of quorum, according to a bourse filing.
