Woqod intends to open 4 new stations before year end

Doha – Mubasher: Qatar Fuel (Woqod) announced on Monday that it will open three or four fuel stations by the end of 2015, in the frame of the company’s efforts to meet growing demand on such stations in the country and the growth in population during the upcoming years.  

The new station is located at Al Rayyan Al Jadeed area, making it the seventh to be opened in 2015, according to Woqod’s CEO, Ibrahim Jaham Al Kuwari.

He added that the station is built on an area of 6,000 square meters, and comes as part of the company’s strategy to open 100 fuel stations before hosting FIFA World Cup 2022 worth QAR 330 million.
