Doha – Mubasher: Qatar Fuel (Woqod) plans about QAR 330 million investments in fuel stations and technical examination centers during 2016, Engineer Ahmed Ali Mirza, manager of engineering services at Woqod, announced on Sunday.
Mirza, at an opening of a fuel station at Bin Dirham area, said that the company invested about QAR 100 million in fuel stations this year.
Bin Dirham’s station is the 29th station built by the company in Qatar, in frame of the its continuous expansion plan and efforts to boost its fuel station network around the country.
The company seeks to increase the number of fuels stations to 100 during 2019, if suitable lands are available.
