Dubai – Mubasher: The Russia-based luxury developer Forum Group announced XXII Carat luxury residential development as its first project outside its Russian base.
Situated near the end of Dubai’s Palm Jumeriah West Crest, the resort-style residential project features 22 seven-bedroom villas on a 4.6-hecare plot, according to Construction Week.
Forum Group started construction of the luxury project in September 2015, drawing interest from buyers and investors from Europe and Saudi Arabia, Forum Group’s managing director Anton Yachmenev said.
