Riyadh-Mubasher: Yamama Cement Co. said it obtained a license to relocate its plant to Al-Kharj governorate after reports of some committees showed that the factory result in environmental and health damage.
When conducting the exploratory studies on the new site, some people claimed that they have agricultural decisions and royal orders preventing this. Accordingly, the governor of Riyadh region decided to form a committee from several entities to review and study the documents of such people, the company said.
