Riyadh-Mubasher: Yamama Cement Co. (YCC) said Wednesday it has received a stock certificate from the Industrialization and Energy Services Co. (TAQA), which indicates that the cement producer owns 28.1 million shares or 5.625% in TAQA after its capital hike.
TAQA had increased its capital from SAR 2 billion to SAR 5 billion.
Yamama Cement paid SAR 168.7 million in the capital increase in two equal installments.
