Riyadh - Mubasher: Yamama Cement Company invited its shareholders to attend its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 27 February in Sheraton Riyadh.
The meeting will discuss the specified articles in the agenda topped by the dividends distribution for the fourth quarter of 2016, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The company noted that a vote will be done over the FY16 dividends distribution at SAR 1 per share, noting that the firm distributed SAR 0.50 per share for the first quarter totaling SAR 50.63 million and representing 2.55% of the company’s capital.
Registered shareholders at the end of the general meeting will be eligible for the dividends, of which the distribution date will be announced later, the statement said.
Moreover, Yamama said that the EGM will also vote on choosing the legal accountant, who will revise the company’s annual and quarter statements, adding to voting on forming a revising committee and determining its responsibilities.
