Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Yanbu Cement Company recommended distributing SAR551.2 million as cash dividends for H2-15 at SAR3.5 per share or 35% of the stock’s par value.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on the date of the upcoming general meeting will be entitled to receive the cash dividends.
