Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Yanbu Cement Company has recommended the distribution of SAR 196.88 million in cash dividends to shareholders for 2019.
Proposed dividends are at SAR 1.25 per share or 12.5% of the share’s par value, according to a company statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The company posted a 182.76% growth in net profits for 2019, as shown by its annual financial results, to SAR 257.82 million last year, compared with SAR 91.18 million for 2018.
