Riyadh-Mubasher: Yanbu Cement Co’s board of directors has recommended 10% cash dividends distribution of the capital or SAR 1 per share for the first half of 2016, with a total value of SAR 157.5 million.
Shareholders of records registered on 1 August will be entitled for dividends distribution which will start 10 August, according to a bourse statement to Tadawul.
