Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu Commercial Port has struck a new record in handling, as the total goods handled in the port recorded 17,500 tonnes in 24 hours.
This efficiency reflects efforts exerted by the Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) to develop all ports in the kingdom, Mawani said in a statement.
In May, Mawani revealed that goods handled in Saudi Arabia hit 70.3 million tonnes for the first quarter of 2018, while the total volume of containers reached 17.3 million tonnes, Saudi Ports Authority (MAWANI) said.
