Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab) announced the distribution of SAR 984.375 million cash dividends to its shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2019.
The number of eligible shares stands at 562.5 million. Accordingly, dividends per share will be at 17.5% of par value, or SAR 1.75.
Yansab’s reported net profits of SAR 918.8 million during the first nine months of the year, decreasing by roughly 58% compared with the same period of the prior year.
