Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu National Petrochemicals Company (Yansab) said that it will suspend its ethylene glycol plant for 21 days, starting from 21 April, for periodical maintenance.
The company stated that it will also shut down the olefin plant for ten days as of 1 May to make some modifications and required maintenance, to enhance the efficiency of the operating processes, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The financial impact of such moves is estimated at SAR 110 million based on average prices and is expected to appear in the second and third quarters of the year, Yansab said.
