Kuwait – Mubasher: Yiaco Medical has signed a contract to sell its stake in Al Salam International Hospital.
The stake stands at 20.869%, with a total value of KWD 20 million, according to a bourse filing issued on Thursday.
A profit standing at KWD 7.8 million is expected to be realized from this sale deal, and will be registered in the financials of the fiscal year 2016.
