Cairo – Mubasher: Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development Company said Wednesday that its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings (OGM, EGM) will be held on 19 March.
Furthermore, the OGM will look into a proposal to distribute cash dividends of EGP 2 per share and 1-for-5 bonus shares for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse filing.
The EGM will discuss increasing the issued and paid-up capital from EGP 55 million to EGP 66 million through the distribution of bonus shares.
In addition, the EGM will discuss raising the authorised capital from EGP 75 million to EGP 300 million.
