Cairo – Mubasher: Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development reported a 19% rise in its profits for the third quarter of 2016, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The company earned EGP 43.1 million in Q3, compared with EGP 36.2 million for the year-ago quarter.
Its net profit for the first nine months increased to EGP 140.5 million in 2016 from EGP 100.59 million in 2015.
Over the first nine months as well, sales rose 148% year-over-year to EGP 438.13 million from EGP 176.06 million.
The company invested EGP 121.57 million in projects under construction by the end of September 2016, compared with EGP 95.96 million for the year-ago period.
On Monday, the stock quote edged down 0.06% to EGP 17.
