Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Company approved the board’s recommendation of distributing SAR 1 per share as a dividend for 2020.
The company will pay a total of SAR 15 million, which accounts for 10% of the share’s nominal value, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Zahrat Al Waha will later announce the dividend distribution date.
The company achieved a net profit of SAR 40.6 million last year, which came 28.4% lower than 2019.
