Zain Jordan is planning to invest JOD 70 million in developing and expanding its network in 2016, said CEO Ahmad Al Hanandeh.
Zain has invested JOD 253 million in its networks during 2015, the CEO said according to Qatar News Agency. He added that the company’s total investments amounted to JOD 105 million during the year.
Over the past 19 years, the company has pumped almost JOD 1.5 billion of direct investments into the market.
Al Hanandeh noted that the telecom sector invests more than 40% of its profits in developing the infrastructure and networks.
