Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Mobile Telecommunications Co. (Zain KSA), announced that its board of directors accepted the resignation of Fahd bin Ibrahim Al Dughaither, a non-executive member, which was submitted last Tuesday for personal reasons.
The board of directors also approved at its meeting yesterday, the appointment of Saud bin Abdullah Al Bawardi as a non-executive member, as well as appointing Hesham Mohamed Attar, as an independent member. This appointment will be handled at the upcoming ordinary general meeting for approval.
