Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Mobile Telecommunications Company (Zain) on Monday said it is still in discussions with the consortium which is led by IHS Holding Limited, and Towershare Management Limited regarding selling its towers.
These discussions continued after the exclusivity period which was specified previously ended.
The transaction completion will be subject to regulatory authorities approvals, including the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC).
Zain’s stock shed 0.23%, closing at SAR 8.79 on Monday.
