Riyadh-Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain Saudi Arabia) said the board accepted the resignation of independent member Abdulaziz Al Ruwais on 13 December.
The resignation will be effective from 11 December.
A royal order was issued on 11 December to appoint Al Ruwais as governor of the communication and information technology commission.
