Riyadh - Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunications Company (Zain) announced on Monday that it has paid SAR 219.46 million to Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily), according to a bourse filing.
Zain also paid SAR 1.16 million to the expert appointed by the arbitration panel, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
With these payments Zain has fulfilled all of its obligations pursuant to the judgment issued by the arbitration panel regarding the dispute between Zain and Mobily.
