Kuwait-Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunications (Zain) said Wednesday it has extended the management contract with Touch, the leading mobile operator in Lebanon, for another month.
Zain Group, the region's first mobile and data services operator, runs its own operations in all its markets, with the exception of Lebanon in which it operates through Touch.
Zain said in a bourse statement that the extension period will be effective as of 1 February until 29 February, 2016.
In today’s session, Zain recorded the highest turnover of more than KWD 1.5 million, after 157 deals were executed on 4.3 million shares, however, the stock fell by 5.41% or 20 fils to settle at 350 fils.
