Riyadh – Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunications Co. Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) announced it submitted today to the secretary of the arbitration tribunal its response memorandum and accompanying documents as regards its dispute with Etihad Etisalat (Mobily).
The announcement is related to the arbitration process in the dispute between Zain and Mobily, which Zain.
Mobily said in late November it submitted its second reply supported by additional documents and invoices to the secretary of the arbitral tribunal.
Mobily has been in dispute with Zain over SAR 2.2 billion Mobily says it is owed under a contract by which the former would provide services, including domestic roaming and site sharing to the latter.
