Mubasher: The Kuwaiti court has ordered a ruling against Mobile Telecommunications (Zain) to pay KWD 11.57 million to the undersecretary of the finance ministry of Kuwait.
The court ruling was issued on 15 March in a lawsuit filed by the undersecretary against Zain regarding a tax due by Zain in 2010, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
Zain will file an appeal against this court ruling; no current financial impact will affect Zain’s financial profile.
