Mubasher: International Arbitration Organization ordered Saudi Plastic Factory (SPF) to pay about $527 million to Kuwait-based Mobile Telecommunications (Zain).
The amount will be divided into $496 million representing the original claim against the factory, in addition to $30 million which are related to commissions and interest of delay, according to Zain’s statement on Wednesday to Boursa Kuwait.
Kuwait's biggest telecom operator by subscribers said it will take the required legal procedures in this case, whereas the financial impact of this ruling, which was issued on 21 March, cannot be specified currently.
