Dubai – Mubasher: The Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme announced plans to launch two residential projects in the emirates of Dubai and Sharjah with AED 1.330 billion in investments.
The first project will be in Awair 2 to build 248 villas, while the second will be established in Sayouh, comprising 818 villas, Al Ittihad Newspaper said.
The two projects are set to be completed by the first quarter of 2021, the local newspaper added.
Established in 1999, the Programme aims to offer housing assistance services such as grants and loans.
It also aims at providing multiple options including building, purchasing, maintenance or expansion of a house according to approved policies and standards.
