Mubasher: Zima Holding announced its intention to list its shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
On 13 June, the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved listing Zima’s shares on foreign stock markets.
Zima has a capital of KWD 10 million that is distributed on 100 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
The shareholders have approved raising Zima’s capital to KWD 35 million.
