Riyadh - Mubasher: The National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) announced on Wednesday that it will not carry out the plan to acquire 50% of Saudi National Lamps and Electricals Co (SANLEC).
This comes after the company was not able to obtain the required documents, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadwul).
Zoujaj owns a 50% stake in SANLEC, and during its last extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 4 August 2015, the company approved the decision to acquire the remaining 50% from partners.
