Riyadh-Mubasher: The National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) will start to pay the approved dividends for the second half of 2015 as of 25 May, according to a bourse statement.
The dividend payout stands at 5% of the capital or SAR 0.5 per share, totalling SAR 15 million.
Shareholders of record at close of business day on the ordinary general meeting will be eligible for the H2-15 dividends.
The company’s stock retreated 3.02% to SAR 22.18 on Thursday.
