du considers compensating customers for network disruption

Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based telecom operator du is considering a plan to compensate its customers who experienced issues with their mobile lines on Sunday, Al Ittihad reported.

Mobile phone users in the UAE had faced interruptions in their mobile network for around four hours.

All du mobile services were back to normal by 5:00pm UAE time.

The telecom operator’s stock fell 0.49% to AED 6.04, with a turnover of AED 60.35 million generated from the exchange of 10.03 million shares.
