Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company "du" invited its shareholders to attend a general meeting to be held on 11 January 2017, to get their approval on reducing the capital and amend the company’s statute.
The company said that it has received a regulatory approval to hold the meeting, according to a bourse statement.
The company earlier proposed to cut the capital by 0.84% by the cancelling around 38.52 million shares.
