Dubai – Mubasher: du will hold its board meeting on 14 December to discuss the capital restructure, according to a statement.
The board will also discuss and approve amendments to the articles of association.
The telecom operator’s stock rose 3.5% to AED 6.21 on Thursday after generating AED 11.2 million from the exchange of 1.84 million shares.
