Riyadh-Mubasher: United Electronics Co. (eXtra) said the board on Sunday accepted the resignation of CEO Abdulhameed Al-Ohali, to be effective as of 10 March.
The board also approved to appoint Mohammed Fahmi as Acting CEO as of the date of Al-Ohali's resignation, the company said in a bourse statement.
