Riyadh-Mubasher: United Electronics Co. (eXtra) has extended a letter of intent with Mohammed Youssef Al-Saqr and Partners to purchase a 51% stake in International Provinces Co.
The agreement was extended until 31 July 2016, the company said in a bourse statement.
FY15 net earnings reached around SAR 49 million, falling 59% compared with SAR 121 million a year earlier.
