Riyadh-Mubasher: United Electronics Co. (eXtra) said its ordinary general meeting will be held on 27 April, to vote on the dividends paid for the first and second quarters of 2015 at SAR 0.5 each.
Shareholders will also look into the board’s recommendation on withholding dividends for the third and fourth quarters of the same fiscal year.
FY15 net earnings declined 59% to SAR 49 million ($13.07 million), compared with SAR 121 million ($32.26 million) in 2014.
The stock closed Sunday at SAR 27.46, rising 1.3%.
