solutions signs nearly SAR 132.5m contract with stc

Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions) has inked a SAR 132.43 million contract with Saudi Telecom Company (stc) on 20 April 2026.

The agreement aims to design, provision, refresh, and modernize the digital infrastructure of stc’s cloud services data center network, according to a bourse filing.

Moreover, solutions will supply, design, and install related equipment, systems, and technical solutions.

The contract will run for three years, with its financial impact expected to appear in solution’s financial statements starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.

It is worth noting that stc is the largest shareholder in solutions, with a 79% ownership.

In April 2026, solutions’ board proposed doubling its capital to SAR 2.40 billion from SAR 1.20 billion.

Meanwhile, in line with the past events in the region, stc launched a three-day initiative providing free calls for all GCC citizens in Saudi Arabia.
